TJM Sewer & Plumbing is a family business that has served the Elgin area since 2005. Owner Todd Mendoza built the company on drains, sewers, and honest work, and more than 20 years later the same name is still on the trucks. See the problem before you pay to fix it
Every sewer rodding we do comes with a free sewer camera inspection. After we clear the line, the camera goes in and you watch the monitor with us. If the pipe is clean, you know it. If there are roots, a crack, or a break, you see it on screen before you approve any repair. No guessing and no pressure, just a clear picture of what is under your yard.
Our own excavation equipment, no subcontractors
When a sewer or water line has to be dug up, many plumbers call in a subcontractor. We do not. TJM runs its own excavation equipment, so the same company that finds the problem digs the trench, sets the new pipe, and backfills the yard. One crew and one point of contact from the first camera pass to the last shovel of dirt.
Old galvanized and cast iron pipe is our specialty
Older homes around Elgin still run on galvanized steel and cast iron pipe. Those lines rust shut, leak, and choke your water pressure. Repiping is a TJM specialty: we convert old galvanized and cast iron to clean copper and PVC, so your water runs clear and your drains flow the way they should.
