Do you charge more outside Elgin?
No surprise travel fees. Every town on this page sits within about 16 minutes of our shop, and the estimate we give you covers the whole job wherever you are in our service area.
Is the same crew doing the work in every town?
Yes. The same licensed, family-owned TJM crew runs every job in our service area, and when a repair needs digging, we bring our own excavation equipment instead of subbing it out.
Are you really available 24 hours everywhere you serve?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in every town we cover. Burst pipes, sewer backups, and failed sump pumps do not keep business hours, so neither do we.
